Delivery

The products are shipped from France.
Free delivery in France from 70€ of purchases and 100€ for international customers. (Some exceptions may apply.)

Orders are sent between 1 and 5 days.

Shipments are made by post by tracked mail and are delivered in 48 hours on average for France.
For international shipments, shipping time is 72 hours. Please note that these deadlines are indicative only.

For large orders, I recommend shipping by Colissimo with insurance. This insurance covers the loss or damage of your package and gives the right to a flat-rate reimbursement of 200 euros. I cannot issue refunds if you have not subscribed to shipping by Colissimo with insurance.

All international buyers are responsible for any additional taxes or customs fees due to the laws of their countries.

Delayed, lost or damaged packages

I do everything I can to make shipping go as smoothly as possible, but sometimes setbacks occur. Delays or damage are completely beyond my control.
I do not offer refunds or cancellations in the event of late delivery.
If you believe your order is lost, please email me immediately so I can investigate. This may take up to 3 weeks. If your package has not been located after 3 weeks, I will come back to you to find another solution.

For damaged orders, please email us with your order number and a photo of the damaged items so that we can issue a refund or replacement for you.

Please note that we do not cover incidents such as incorrect addresses and stolen packages, so I urge you to take out insurance.
