Can I return an item?

The product does not meet your expectations or have you made a mistake?
You have 14 days to change your mind!

The products must be intact, (unused, undamaged), complete and packaged as delivered (original packaging). I can also request proof of purchase.

Are returns free?

Returns are the responsibility of the customer.
How long do I have to send a return?
You have 14 days to make your return.
How should I return my item?
Package your item and return it (at your expense) to our warehouse with your order number, and a brief explanation of your return. Contact me to get the address.

What are the holdups ?

Once the package arrives, I will contact you by email, within a maximum of 10 days. I reserve the right to refuse your returned item if the return criteria are not met, your package may then be reshipped at your expense.
Damaged items and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and remedy it. If you believe your package has been lost in the mail, please contact us.

I do not offer replacements or refunds for inaccurate addresses.

Exceptions/non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned: personalized and pre-ordered items. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges or refund

You can request an exchange or refund. The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you own, and once the return is accepted, we will send you the item of the same value you requested (depending on the availability). In the event of a refund, your bank or credit card company may request a certain delay.
